Junction Patterns less expensive than other patterns?
A...Because we manufacture our own
patterns. From designing/creating each pattern, to photos, copies
& printing, everything is done "in house". With no
overhead expenses, we can offer the best prices to our customers.
Q...Are Chestnut Junction
Patterns easy for beginners?
A...Yes. We have had WONDERFUL
feedback from first time sewers, who found our patterns to be very easy
to follow. Our patterns supply step by step instructions,
pattern pieces and a supply list.
Q...How long will it take
to receive my patterns in the mail?
A...Pattern orders are processed and
shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days.
Q...How long will it take
to receive my e-Patterns via email?
A...e-Pattern
orders are processed and delivered via email within 24 hours.
Q...Do you mail/ship
Chestnut Junction paper patterns worldwide?
A...No.
We mail/ship paper patterns to the USA and Canada only. However,
we DO accept worldwide "e-Pattern" orders.
Q...I do not live in the
USA or Canada, may I pay for my order with a credit card?
A...No.
Credit card payments are accepted for USA and Canada residents
only. All others must pay by PayPal.
Payments

USA - Visa, MC, PayPal, Personal check and Money Order.
Canada - Visa, MC, and PayPal.
All Others - PayPal only.
Mail
in orders are accepted for USA residents only.
Q...Why are shipping charges showing up on my e-Pattern order in the
shopping cart?
A...The
shopping cart DOES NOT know the difference between mailed patterns and
e-Patterns. If you order 5 or more e-Patterns, the shipping will
automatically be deducted as part of the "free" shipping
discount. e-Pattern orders of 4 or less, will be charged shipping
in the shopping cart. However, you WILL NOT be charged shipping on
your e-Patterns. Any adjustments/refunds will be issued BEFORE
your e-Patterns are sent. If you have paid by PayPal, we will
issue a refund back to your PayPal account. If you have paid by
credit card, the shipping charges will be subtracted from your total
BEFORE your credit card is charged.
Q...May I sell the
finished item that I have made from my Chestnut Junction pattern?
A...Yes. You may sell limited quantities
at shows, in shops, and on the internet. We don't require that you
give us credit as the designer, but we very much appreciate when you
do. No mass production of finished product it permitted.
Q...May I digitize my
Chestnut Junction pattern for machine embroidery?
A...No.
All of our patterns/designs
are copyrighted artwork.
Q...May I resell my
Chestnut Junction pattern, whether I have used it or not?
A...No. We prohibit the resale of our
patterns. Our paper patterns themselves are meant for personal instruction use,
not profit.
Q...Do you offer Wholesale
ordering on Chestnut Junction patterns?
A...No. We no longer do wholesale.
Q...Does Chestnut Junction have a
mail order catalog?
A...No. At this time, our entire pattern
inventory can only be found on our internet site.
Q...Can I place my Chestnut
Junction pattern order by telephone?
A...No. We do not process phone
orders. If you do not wish to place your order online, simply
print out our "printable
order form", and mail along with your payment.
